This Privacy Policy explains how Behera ("Behera", "we", "us") collects, uses and safeguards information when brokerages, agents, developers, property managers and their clients ("you") use the Behera platform.
Information we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, brokerage), workspace content you create (contacts, deals, listings, forms, documents, payments), and identity/KYC data you upload for compliance workflows.
Usage and diagnostic data (IP address, device, log events) to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use information
To provide the platform, sync your workspace across devices, generate AI copilot responses on your own data, deliver notifications, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
Data stays within your brokerage. We share information only with sub-processors that run our infrastructure (hosting, database, email, AI providers) under contract, or when required by law.
Retention
KYC records are retained for seven (7) years to satisfy anti-money-laundering requirements. Other workspace data is retained while your workspace is active and deleted on request, subject to backup cycles.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data by contacting your brokerage admin or writing to privacy@behera.com.
